The old city of Trogir is a very popular tourist centre that occupies a tiny island in the narrow channel between the island of Ciovo and the mainland, just off the coastal highway. Trogir can provide everyday shopping needs and much more in terms of boutiques and galleries. There is a fantastic daily market selling fish and meat and locally produced fruit and vegetables. Within its cobbled streets the city offers all kinds of restaurants and bars, detailsof which appear in the information booklet in the property you are renting.
Trogir is also a major sailing centre so there are always interesting yachts to watch racing in the frequent regattas held in the bay.

Ferries depart from Split and Trogir to the nearby islands including Brac, Hvar, Drvenik and Solta.

Discovering Trogir and the surrounding areas is a great experience taking in the architectural sites and relaxing in one of the many cafes on the embankment.
