Lying due west of the beautiful city of Trogir is the small remote fishing village of Sevid.
It is renown for its peace and tranquility and wonderful views of the Dalmatia coastline.
The bustling seaside town of Primosten is about a 20 minute drive away, which offers waterfront restaurants, beaches and local produce is sold at the daily market.
In the village of Sevid there is a small shop and two restaurants. One restaurant is on the seafront and offers an ideal place for an evening meal or just a few drinks. The other restaurant is at the top of the hill and is called Samjer. This is a seafood restaurant that specialises in locally caught seafood and offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and several islands. There are also diving and fishing excursions available from the village.
The nearest airport is Split, which is approximately 30 minutes drive. Having a car is essential whilst you are in Sevid and car hire can be arranged prior to your stay.
