This villa with two apartments is situated on the island of Ciovo in the village of Arbanija which lies just  across the water from the ancient city of Trogir, a World Heritage site. Villa Julijana overlooks the water with the magnificent green and white hills of the mainland beyond. It enjoys a prime spot in Arbanija  as just across a small road there is the pebbly beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing

The property is a comfortable modern house divided into two apartments, which are
air-conditioned. Located in a residential area with a general grocery store  within easy walking distance and restaurants are less than a kilometre away. A wider selection of  shops can be found in the cobbled streets of Trogir which is 10 minutes drive away.
In the front garden is a BBQ for use by both apartments. There are cool parquet floors in all the bedrooms.

In Arbanija there is the 15th century fortified Dominican monastery of St Cross
(Sv. Kriza) which is well worth a visit.

Compact kitchen corner with double sink unit, 4-ring electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom and shower room. There are two sofa beds
as well.
