This villa with two apartments is situated on the island of Ciovo in the village of Arbanija which lies across the water from Trogir a World Heritage site. Villa Julijana overlooks the water with the magnificent green and white hills of the mainland beyond. Villa Julijana enjoys a prime spot in Arbanija - just across a small road, is the pebbly beach, swimming, sunbathing, strolling, splashing about - it is all on your doorstep.
The property is a comfortable modern house divided into two apartments which are air-conditioned. Located in a residential area, there is one off - road parking space and one in the road just outside. A general grocery store is within easy walking distance and restaurants are less than a kilometre away. A wider selection of the more essential shops are around 10 minutes drive away in Trogir. In Arbanija is the 15th century fortified Dominican monastery of St Cross (Sv. Kriza) which is well worth a visit. In the front garden is a BBQ for use by both apartments. Cool parquet flooring in all the bedrooms.

Compact kitchen corner with double sink unit, 4 ring electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer. One double bedded room. Shower room, WC etc. One twin bedded room.
First Floor Apartment - Sleeps 4: Fifteen steps up to a delightful furnished balcony area with great views over the sea and the mainland beyond. Entrance into a large airy sitting/dining room with TV. Compact kitchen corner with double sink unit, 4 ring electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer. One double bedded room. Shower room, WC etc. One bedroom with two adult size bunk beds.
